Moogle Tomes Rewards (Replica Dungeon Armor)

The title says it, but given how we're running out of rewards for players to go for with these, why not make replica armor for old dungeon sets that anyone can wear and possibly make them dye-able?

It's low hanging fruit and there are certain roles like the Tank that lack access to certain aesthetic choices. I mean the riding maps are certainly a good reward, just that with flying now taking over the old world we may want some more robust options.

I never thought I'd see the day where a reward event came by and I basically have everything on the list already. :p

another suggestion- old event rewards eg ff11, dragon quest, noctis, garo...

dungeon ones would require a lot of work to make dyable i suspect

Wouldalso to add another suggestion as well, the older merch promo items so that players can have another chance of getting them while retianing some exclusivity

Moogle tomestones are not the way to keep exclusive items exclusive. They're far too easy to farm.

In the period they're available yes. But the thing is that they only come around once a patch and with rotating rewards. Ergo while thye in general might not be exclusive anymore specific items would still be.

Plus if the devs wanted to make them hard to get still they have the option of making them cost 500 tomes per item (for reference the highest priced items are the ones introduced by these events and they are 100 tomes each, and those also rotate out)

Another comparable example would be the Feast Rewards, each of them are sepcifclay exclusive even though players can get some of them by partaking in time locked events (the Feast). This would be simialr to that (granted one could argue that the merch items are already like this, but there is a critical difference)

Furthermore if this is still a concern, they SE can also have them be available sporadically and at random, have it a be a nice surprise when it happens but not be a staple of the event, also ensuring that it can never "catchup" to current merch and incentivizing cough up the dough for those

The choice of adding the riding maps did strike me as odd considering we're about to get flying. Outside of the mounts and the music rolls there's not much else I would want. But dungeon gear I can dye and use for glamor? Heck yea.

It's a good chance to bring back some 'older' rewards for new players that are otherwise inaccessible.

Yeah I felt the riding maps were odd as well once I realized it was for ground speed only. To be fair they are more of the lower end mid tier level in tomestone cost compared to other items like the Ixion mount and the doggy necklace thing. Kind of unfortunate that the necklace is one of the pieces that gets hidden most of the time like the wrist pieces.
