[FC] Awkward Introverts <AI> is Recruiting!

Good day,

My (IGN) name is Tanner Michael and I'm currently recruiting on Faerie for my brand new Free Company titled Awkward Introverts <AI>. I'm a long-time MMO player with a guild that ran under the same name in Guild Wars 2. As an individual with experience managing communities of about 300, I find that running a free company would be the same rhythm and rhyme and I'm excited to bring my knowledge, personality, and sense of entertainment to FFXIV!

I'm focused on a PvE-based community and I myself am an active "completionist." I want to do everything and anything and I love helping others achieve their goals as well. My main focus for my community is leveling battle classes, crafters, and gatherers, as well as raiding and farming glamours and mounts. I also enjoy blue mage content, role-playing, housing, min/max'ing, and game nights on Discord! (Jack Box, anyone?)

An ideal member is an optimistic and enthusiastic individual who's open-minded and creative. I enjoy being around other introverts (make sense of that) because we have a greater understanding for how we operate but I can be the extrovert in the room when I need to be. My leadership style is, "Democratic solutions create a greater amount of happiness but compromises are never off the table."

I myself am a 26 year old male involved in the LGBTQIA+ community with a love for gaming, movies, traveling, food, culture, and music. My company removes politics and religion from conversation and we have no age restriction. I firmly believe people may behave in an appropriate manner and still have fun with individuals of all ages.
