Suggestion about "luck" in crafting

I would suggest you can't get good or excellent condition unless Innovation is active. It's not so much the points, which you can get back (most of) with Tricks of the Trade, but the fact that luck seems to be completely controlled by RNG (which can be quite annoying), and "using" from your "reservoir" of luck, before you need it, is a total waste. In most cases it doesn't matter so much, but some times you need to make items that needs the use of Final Appraisal, Muscle Memory and one or more synthesizes. And getting good or, god forbid, excellent, during that time, can be wasteful.

Yeah, I also believe in Santa Clause. ;)
