Do these stack? Should I be using them one after the other? I just got Technical step so trying to get it down =)
They stack as they are treated as 2 separate buff effects.
However 2 dancers' technical steps does not stack like it does in the story, which is a little sad when you queue up with 2 dancers, but frankly understandable cause balance.

One other consideration is that Devilment also does not stack, so if you're paired with another Dancer try to use it in succession with them or one of you will just overwrite the other.
