Complicated Situation between Service Accounts

My SQEX Acct has two service accts under it. I did most of my time on SA2 and have Heavensward and Stormblood for PS4, and all the expansions on PC. My PSN is tied to SA2.

My girlfriend recently started playing and I suggested she try it out on my SA1 which still has access to ARR on PS4 so we could play at the same time without her jumping through the hoops of creating her own SQEX account. She ended up liking it and we've been trying to figure out how to buy the licenses for SA1 on PS4.

- Purchasing Shadowbringers on PS4 and attempting to sign into my SQEX from a different PSN did not work and said that the a PSN account was already linked to SQEX.
- Contacting SQEX has yielded no results (or replies even and its been a week+)

TLDR; I need to buy a PS4 license for Shadowbringers on Service Account 1.

I assume this is something only SQEX can help with but maybe I'm wrong.
Does anyone have any idea what I need to do so that my girlfriend can keep her progress?
