Summoner 52 job question

I did all my job quests up to where you get the full Summoner gear and defeated ultimate weapon however at lvl 52 my job class trainer still has no quests for me but I need to do one in order to get painflare what am I missing in order to get it? I have all expansions

You need to finish A Realm Reborn (2.5) Main Scenario Quests first before you can start the next SMN job quest (it's still going to take a long while after you've defeated Ultimate Weapon). As soon as you start the next expansion Heavensward and you arrive in Ishgard, you should go back to your job trainer Y'mhitra in Old Gridania and they will have a new job quest available for you.

The job quests for each set of levels (1-50, 50-60, 60-70) are specific to their expansions. You cannot continue the job story until you finish your current expansion.

When you do finish and the next job quest becomes available, it will become a clickable quest link just below your MSQ guide banner. Keep an eye on your MSQ guide for job quest availability.
