I'm not sure if I'm just blind or an idiot, but I can't complete Stifled Screams for the lvl 15 Rogue quest? I'm supposed to free 4 captured villagers, but there are only two and I can't go anywhere else on the map to find any more. I've tried googling, and it looks like there should be 2 in each room? But I have only 1 in each room.
Have I messed something up somewhere?
