What DOES "Enhances Vengeance" Do?

I have had no luck finding info on what this trait does, so forgive me if it's easily found somewhere.

Tried testing:
Recast time and duration time. Not affected.
Damage reflection and damage taken by the player. Not affected.
Even the Enmity gained from the ability upon use wasn't affected.

I'm at a stump as to what it could "enhance". Only thing I can possibly think of at this point is reflecting physical WS damage, but I'd have to find a mob that would spam physical WS.

EDIT:
Tested further,
Physical WS are blocked without the AF, so "enhances Vengeance" doesn't do that. (Moogle-go-round isn't considered physical either, or something weird was going on, or I was high).
"Enhances Vengeance" Doesn't increase the TP gain from taking damage nor does it offer any MP (or HP, for that fact).

Now I'm truly at a lost as to what's being enhanced. Only possible thing I can think of is the counter damage giving enmity (I remember seeing a post saying the counter damage doesn't give enmity, but don't remember if that testing was done with the AF!)

If anyone else can think of any ideas I'll test them out. Will be testing the enmity from the counter out soon .-.

Apparently it lets you reflect magical damage as well.
