Ul'dah's Most Wanted - Enemies not spawning

Hello,


I am currently on the quest Ul'dah's Most Wanted and am at the spawn location. I have waited a full (in-game day) and the enemies have not spawned.

I have also tried abandoning the quest and starting it over. The bug repeats.

I have also tried logging out and in again, and re-centering myself on the "destination bright light". The bug repeats.

I have also tried (though most definitely unrelated) rebooting my PC and restarting the client, both in separate instances. The bug repeats.


Please assist.

I think that's the one that is inside the tunnel through the cliffside. They don't spawn on their own, but rather you have to right click on the interactable object in that glowing light which will bring up a confirmation menu allowing you to enter an instance to fight them.

In general, if it's a blue glowing circle then enemies will spawn on their own. If it's a yellowish pillar of light then you have to interact with something to enter an instance.
