Game Crashes when trying to log into Twintania

Hello. I hope I am posting this in the right thread. I am having this issue where I try to log into Twintania and it crashes. But I can log into other servers with no problems. I've tried deleting the character data in my documents but that didn't help. Thank you ahead of time!

Are you able to provide a screen shot of the error ? Is there an error message that appears when the game crashes? Does this only occur on one character?
