No Gametime with FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers | Complete Edition (PC)

Hey guys

Anyone else had issues with this before i started a trial few days back and after a couple of days decided to purchase the full game and all add ons with the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers | Complete Edition (PC).

I entered the Code and it redeemed all expansions on my Moogle Account but didn't give me the allotted 30 days it was meant too and i am currently running down on my final few days of trial time.

Do you think it will add it to my time available when the trial ends i have raised a ticket early this morning around 9 hours ago so far no response.

Since you mentioned having remaining trial time despite this games free trial having no time limit, are you sure you didn't have the "starter edition" which IS the base game and thus has the 30 days free included.

The complete edition is the base game plus expansions so mentions the 30 days free because it assumes you don't have the base game. If you already have the base game it won't give you extra game time because you already received it from the starter edition.
