Unable to Home World Transfer

Hello, I have an issue with Home World Transfer. I tried twice already and I followed world transfer service requirements. I am trying to transfer from Phoenix (EU-Light) to Cerberus (EU-Chaos). Both Worlds are "Standard" and have "Creation of New Characters Available" status. I have two friends who started playing one month after me and they were able to transfer just fine today. When I am trying to transfer I am getting information:

"This character cannot use the Home World Transfer service until 90 days have elapsed since the character was created. Please try the process again after 90 days have elapsed."

I feel like this is either a technical issue or it is extremely unfair - all my friends already transferred and I am stuck. Please help.

EDIT: This is not a general discussion thread and I would like to receive an answer instead of transferring my thread like it was less important than anything else.

You either transferred or created this character on a preferred world, which has a 90 day lockout. Unfortunately, you have to wait out those 90 days before you can transfer.

edit: Just to clarify, even if your current world is considered standard now, if it was preferred when you transferred / created your character on it, it still counts and you must wait out the 90 days.

Yeah I just wish someone told me about it, because as a new player I just create a character where they suggest me to or wherever I wanted to really. It did not display any information that I will be locked for 90 days when I was choosing the server as a brand new player :D

And yes it was moved yet again to general discussion. I feel like this is a huge technical issue of the game and they decide to ditch it to general discussion instead of answering. Very rude.

Its not a technical issue. If you want assistance with world transfer you need to contact support through the support center.

Technical support on the forums is for the client crashing and the like.

You received bonuses for being on a preferred server. Increased exp gain for one.

Thank you Valkyrie_Lenneth, I didn't know that you receive bonuses, that would explain why you have to wait until the 90 days expire.
