So, I recently transferred a secondary character to Kujata from Malboro, I've been playing them on Kujata just fine, but Lodestone says I have two copies of that character, one on Kujata and one on Malboro. It's been this way for almost a week and hasn't updated, none of my progress for that character has been updated either. I have no idea how to fix this duplication, or if it's somehow stopping Lodestone from updating?
I appreciate any help you can give me.

Lodestone can be really slow to update sometimes. Is there actually a second character you can log on as in game? If it really bugs you you can try contacting tech support or a GM in game, but they are not operating at full capacity right now.

The character I moved off of Cactuar to Coeurl a couple years ago was still existing on Cactuar according to Lodestone for a bit, though only in searches, since character ID's update automatically.
I think theres specific actions that will update character statuses on Lodestone, so if you transfer and get an achievement, itll recognize that it needs to do something, and otherwise, it needs to be caught in whatever regular check they're running, which might not even be running right now.
