Unable to play after logging in (no active service account)
Hi,
I've been playing FFXIV on and off, and ended up with 3 service accounts on the same email. This doesn't usually cause me any problems, as I can recognise the right account by the characters listed at the bottom when using the Mog Station to resub.
Unfortunately, I've been unable to play the game, after paying for a month with Chrysta about for or five hours ago. I'm able to login on a second service account, as I used this to log in during the free returning week that's going on at the moment. I suspect that this is what caused the problem, and an unsure whether it really is the problem, or how to go about fixing it.
Service account 1 is the one on which I spent several months playing, and for which I paid earlier today. It's mentioned as active on Mog Station, though I'm unable to play after starting the game up through the launcher, even though I'm able to login to the launcher itself.
Service account 2 has been used to briefly login before resubscribing, is considered inactive by Mog Station, yet is still able to log in and select characters in spite of this.
I've no idea whether anyone else had such an issue, or whether it's possible to resolve relatively easily, as it seems to be a rather uncommon situation to find oneself in. Though, here's hoping...
Any help would be greatly appreciated. This sunshine in real life is lovely and all, but I was hoping to have a stroll through Eorzea today.
