Best place to go for that would be the support pages since there someone can look into your account
And then click "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page
I already sent the detail to support but it has taken so long is it normal? and I just get the number ticket or something idk what is it
Unfortunately you may have to be a bit patient since due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation some of the support centres are running at a reduced capacity but hopefully someone should get back to you eventually. Submitting another ticket won't help since they probably deal with each ticket chronologically.
Assuming that being on Tonberry you are being served by the Japanese support team, my Japanese isn't great so apologies if I missed it but looking through the announcements on the Japanese Lodestone I see that they confirm that some delay might be present:
