Is this not needed for the Anima Weapons any longer? I don't see it on the vendors in Mor Danna or Idyleshire.
I can't check right now, but instead of being under Poetics(Other) it's probably under Poetics (Special Arms). Maybe only in Idyllshire.
If it isn't there, you may need to be on the quest that requires it, or have completed it once before.
Vyrerus is correct that it's under Poetics (Special Arms) from Auriana in Revenant's Toll or by Hismena in Idyllshire.
