Currently overmelds just aren't worth it unless you're aiming for 500000 points in the Diadem. You're better off stockpiling materia for the next set in 5.3.
How I can enter Diadem? I never enter before (first time) :/
Go to the Firmament in Ishgard. If you haven't unlocked it yet, the initial quest starts near the Aetheryte in Foundation. Once inside the Firmament there are quests that share information about how it works, and lead to unlocking access to Diadem.
