Animation Hitch on Fatter Cat Mount

While jumping around it appears to have an animation hitch of sorts.

After messing around with it I found that it seems to depend on the orientation of the ground. Jumping downhill had no issue. Jumping uphill, or in place caused the jump to hitch, as if it was expecting to land on even ground (though this occurred on flat ground as well, jumping in place). Jumping in place on a sloped surface made the hitch be more prominent, when I was facing down.

So far this only seems to affect the Fatter Cat. I did not have this issue previously (as in 2-3 days ago when last time I played.
