What happened Mateus?

I break FFXIV long and today log in for Hatching Tide

Teleported in Gridania. Look so empty players. Feel like ghost town.
Also I go look for FATE. Nobody here.

I alwasy knew Mateus server had much players


Is reason coronavirus and people don't play it?

Most people probably have done the event and got their rewards good and done. I did on my main already, and I might be doing it on my alts but eh.


Also prolly because it's...a furry suit....

Mateus is also an american server and if you logged in right now, its (early) morning or even the middle of the night for people right now... so my guess would be that people are not playing the game because its 6 am where they live and they're rather sleeping than doing a FATE/quest they've finished 2 days ago...

This was posted at 3:41am pacific time. Most people are currently sleeping then lol...

Yup. As a Mateus player, midday I always see huge amounts of activity in the three main cities. Normally I do seasonal events, but that bunny suit sort of creeps me out.
