Issue when trying to login

So, today when I try to log in I get the following message:


Please make any changes regarding service accounts or options from the Square Enix Account Management System.

・Adding or cancelling service accounts
・Adding or cancelling automatically continuous options
・Code Registration


I double-checked and my service is active through April 26th, I know my userid/password are correct because I was able to check my account. I was able to login yesterday morning just fine. Does anyone know a way around this? Thanks!
