Terrible custom support
I am having trouble transferring my character to other servers. I wrote to the custom support yet all I got is canned mail and ask people to come here.
Well it seems the custom support expects helpers to do their job for them. It got worse when my post is transferred to general, where I don't expect any staff would come and help solving he problem and I can't even reply since this:
"New forum post cannot be made due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."
At this point I might need to consider playing other games. The playerbase is large enough to lose another new player anyway.
And yeah I know this is the wrong place to post this. Blame SE since there is not even a place to post custom support feedback for me.

We can't help unless you tell us more than "having trouble transferring my character to other servers." What happens when you try?

I went in detail in another post and tried everything before even post it, and yes people tried to give me suggestion which I've already tried.
Thanks for giving me the link yet it is same old "New forum post cannot be made due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough.", so I posted in here. Right now the only thing.
Right now what I really need is a customer support staff not some email bot to reply my mail.

Also, how old is your character? How many days ago did you create it? If it is under 90 days, you can't transfer. If you haven't done much with the character, it might be better to just create a new one on the server you want to transfer to.

Due to the world pandemic, customer support is very limited or closed at the moment. Mog station usually gives you a reason as to why you cannot transfer your character in the description listed before trying to complete the transfer. If you have further questions, feel free to post them.
