QUEST/GUILD BUG

I'm experiencing an ongoing issue with MSQ/Class quests. I'm stuck in a loop of not being able to join new guilds or accept new class quests because I need to "complete my level 10 quest in my starting class" - HOWEVER I have completed this, and the quest 'A song of bards and bowmen' is stuck to my character, despite completing a long time ago (I am a returning player) - I'm completely unable to start any new classes until this is fixed!
