Potential Scam reporting Problems

I just received a "tell" advertising Gil Giveaway. I read on several occasions that this was a scam and wanted to report it to SE for investigation. When I opened up the Support Desk and tried to compose the report under Cheating I was unable make any entries on the form. Am I doing something wrong or is this system closed for the foreseeable future? Thank you for your help and understanding.

I just mark those guys as RMT because everything else is just too much of an hassle

It works for me. The "Finish" button will be unlocked once you enter a title and enter something in the body.

You can also right-click on the player's name in your chat window and select Report > Report RMT Activity since that is effectively what they are doing.

They really need to just expand the quick report function to lump in other common offenses like botting and scamming.

They really do. It's way too much of a hassle otherwise.

Tried that but it would not even allow me to enter a title or body. I did report this under RMT even though It is not RMT practice per se and will probably fall through the cracks. There must be a way to report Scam activity that does not fall under normal RMT activities.

It qualifies as RMT because they get your login information, log-in, and steal all your money which they then turn around and sell to people.

As others have said report it under RMT and add them to block. I have been looking at multiple of these characters sending the Tells and they are sometimes nearly maxed out meaning they are probably from compromised accounts.

Don't fall for this scam guys. If you get a Tell from someone you don't know immediately be suspicious and don't click on the links they send to you.

I have also read that they will try to entice you to provide Account information such as name, e-mail, SSN and passwords with which they can access your RL financials. These are not RMT activities but criminal activities. SE must ensure that they are not exploited for this information.
