1.I was logged in with my Culinarian when the 5.2 Skybuilders Rankings of the Ishgardian Restoration ended. I checked the rankings and placed in the top 100 for Culinarian, but I received no new mail notification.
2.Checked the Delivery Moogle in Foundation there was no
mail with a Writ of Commendation granting the Minor Miracle achievement, not in the Purchases & Rewards tab nor Letters from GMs tab.
3.Sent a Reward/Purchase Delivery Request a few times, leaving some time between each request
4.Exited the game with my culinarian, logged back in with my culinarian
5.Re-entered the Firmament with my culinarian, talked to all the NPC's in the Firmanent and used the Skybuilders' Board
6.Exited the Firmament and sent a Reward/Purchase Delivery Request in Foundation
7.Teleported elsewhere and sent a Reward/Purchase Delivery Request
8.Returned to Foundation, Sent a Reward/Purchase Delivery Request
