1. obtain 3 times writ of commendation and 1 time top12(what i can get rn because i cant discard writ of commendation)
2. try to discard (error msg, its not posebil to discard this item)
3. try to use ( error msg , [16:02]You have already acquired the knowledge contained in that tome. )
