I honestly wasn't expecting any answer to a report I filed a few hours ago, but they contacted me extremely promptly and were incredibly kind as they listened to my issue. It did wonders to be able to talk with such a professional person who seemed to be taking my report seriously as opposed to simply ignoring it altogether.
