Ishgard restoration - won't let me turn in collectables?

I'm not sure if it makes any difference, but I've dipped my toe into the new expert crafts (getting the hang of it, and enjoying the difficulty). Have made 4-5 of the requested collectable crafts. However, I go to turn them in.... and "You do not possess the requested item", I search for them and sure enough I am directed to my inventory where they are.

.....Am I doing anything wrong?!?

are they of high enough quality to turn in? there is a minimum number needed. also there are tabs for each crafter class maybe you're not on the right one?

You need 4500 quality on an expert item to turn it in.
