I immediately crash if I teleport to Idylshire and can't get past loading screen

Happening for over 6 months now, have quit game numerous times because of it. Never get any responses from support.

Was getting numerous DX11 crashes at various locations. Reset graphics drivers about 20 times, reinstalled the game twice.

Things were working ok for the past 2-3 months, but when I just CLICK on Idylshire teleport, I crashed, and now I can't get back into the game.

If I login with DX11, the game crashes when I hit login with character. If I go in with DX9, the game gets perma stuck on loading screen when I hit login with character.

FIXED!!!!!!!!!!! I went into local files, deleted exp1 (First expansion) and relaunched game. It patched it 5.5GB, NOW I CAN LOG IN THANK GOD.

Hi, I'm having a similar issue...What's the file path to get to the file you deleted?
