Balmung Transfers

Hello fellow forumites. SO today's 3/9 to 3/10 patch did not open up Balmung to transfers...neither did the previous patch.

I attempted to contact square enix support just, out of curiousity, and got a copy/paste message of 'Sorry, it's not our area of responsibility, we cannot help you'

Do you guys know, as current balmung residents, when the server typically opens up?

I'm honestly a little frustrated. My IRL and Online friends, with their FC reside on Balmung...and it's cool to world visit, but not receiving bonuses while hanging out with them, not being able to do player housing because i'm sitting and waiting for Balmung to open up...it's all rather frustrating, you know?

When the population has dropped enough. How long that takes depends on players.
