QoL gauges updates

I feel like a couple of the gauges to certain jobs need improving or extended.

The ones that I feel need looking at are;
-Mnk chakras, I think these need to be extended to allow 7/8 chakras, atm it is an all or nothing which is tied to rng to aquire which gets especially bad when under brotherhood.
-Dnc espirit, I think this should be extended to 120/130, again this resource is toed to rng, and you can generate it faster than you can use it at times. I don't think it is good design when you can be punished for getting too lucky.

These are the most egregious ones that I feel need to be looked at, if there are any others people feel need to be looked at freely discuss.

To avoid overcapping

Use whenever at 5 for monk. 1s recast time
And use it at around 70-80 for dancer.

Er ik this, I'm asking for extensions to these gauges due to a few scenerios that can happen where you get too lucky and get caped before you can do anything about them.

Example
Dnc - at 40 espirit and start standard step before even pressing 1st step shoot up to 90 espirit(party is under technical) by 2nd step at 100 so you remain capped for finish and the 1s gcd recast, just lost a gcd worth of potential espirit through no fault of your own except you got lucky.
Mmk - just gained 5th stack from your gcd, party is also under brotherhood and now using forbidden chakra between gcd but as soon as you used FC you got 5 stacks again (through sheer luck) now have you lost a potential chakra stack on your next gcd through no fault of your own, potentially.

That is what I want SE to try and improve with these gauges a small buffer in case of extreme luck(in dnc's case can just be base luck), which should be rewarding rather than sighing over.
