Possible bug concerning SCH in Eden's Verse: Iconoclasm (savage)

This may be present in the normal version, but I noticed it in savage. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but either way, it doesn't seem right. Whenever I place fairy and then I'm forced to do the teleport mechanic (AKA the worst mechanic ever) the fairy automatically teleports to my person, even though I am placing it for a reason, it's honestly really annoying. The reason I'm not reporting this as a bug, yet, is because I'm not sure if it is one or if it's intended for some bizarre reason.

You can report it anyway and the person in charge of that area of the forums will soft it into confirmed bug or working as intended.

From there it will (going by common practice) be sorted into a priority

Also wouldn't hold my breath considering the fairy skills have been bugged since the expansion launched.
