Should the Great Serpent mount play the Rak'tika Grewatwood Day theme?

Do you think the Great Serpent mount should play the Rak'tika Greatwood day theme? Imo I think that theme fits a lot better for that mount than the HW mount theme.

It should, and I'm disappointed to see another mount playing that one theme... Honestly speaking it's why I turn mount music off because while I initially loved that song to death it's so overplayed I've grown to hate it.

And yes I know that there's technical limitations that prevent them from adding more music for mounts, but I can't imagine that's a permanent impediment if they went in and worked on the code. Though even saying that I know that's a tall order... Hopefully it's something they can potentially look into while working on the next expansion.

Please no. I hate that theme deeply and I always mute it, it would make me never use that mount.

I mean, you can always turn off music while mounted.

Personally, I think this is a good idea. It honestly should play this theme.

Truthfully, I think at all mounts should play music related to their theme or where they were obtained. So all Beast Tribe mounts should play music relevant to their zone or beast tribe "camp". Mounts from dungeons should play their respective dungeon track, etc. The various magictek should have something (even if it's all the FF6 theme, or something related to Garlemald).

You get the idea :)

I mean, I'd love if it did. It's one of my favorite songs from this expansion haha

Might motivate me to actually get started on those beast tribe quests...

They ought to remove or lower the frequency of the horrendous squeaking the mount does while moving (is that supposed to be a "Scree"? It sounds too brief to be one honestly.)

This, holy crap. I love the Great Serpent quests and minions and I was super excited for this mount but the high-pitched squeaking is excessive. If it just made that noise on summoning and unsummoning like all other mounts it would be fine... but it just makes the noise so often... Went from planning to use the mount a lot to thinking "I will never use this thing" real fast.
