FFXIV ShB issues at PSN

Hello! I was willing to get the FFXIV/FFVII theme for ps4 but is shows I never bought the Shadowbringer at the PSN, even playing it everyday.

After taking a look around and seeing that more people are having this same issue. Apparently most of us bought at pre-oder or close to the release, before the release and all the changes of the expansion packs and such, Shadowbringers disappeared from our libraries and it appearing to us to buy it again.

I tried contacting Sony about the issue, they tried for hours to make it to appear as bought to me till they used all the methods they could and ask me to contec SQEX.
I contacted SQEX and they said that was a Sony issue and they could do nothing because I haven't bought it on their store.

So at the end, how can we all who has the Shadowbringers expansion and it doesn't show that we have not can to to get the theme?

If you have preordered ff7remake digitally, then go to psn store and search for the ff14 free trial. Try to download it, should come up with an error message stating something along the lines of you cant download this as you already have purchased the game. This in effect adds the free trial to tour library which is one of the pre-reg to download the theme. You should then be able to download the theme and use it. Best of luck (it worked for me anyways)

I pre ordered the FFVII as soon as they announced it and I cannot get the FFXIV trial on PSN it simply disappreared, from PSN and my library

Just search for it using the search function on psn. Final fantasy is all I put it then scrolled down the list until I saw the free trial.

nope. nothing, unless I am blind

No idea then, I just did it myself, psn store, went up to the search, typed in final fantasy, and the 23rd one down was the free trial for 14.
