Guildleves are pretty "Content light." Easy for the player to get in get out. Most can be done in a 10 min period.
How would you feel if they introduced guildleves that lasted the full 30 min? I imagine they would work something like this:
Your leve targets spawn and upon defeat, another wave spawns fairly close by, and again and gain, Every 5th Spawn a mini-NM spawns. You are rewarded at the end of the 30 min based on how many "waves" you've defeated.
These leves would be more oriented to party play, and replace the "camp and grind" type mechanics.
Maybe offer 2-3 of these each day make them non-linkable so if you get a group of 4 members you have at least 4 hours of consumable content.
If you lack the time to complete 2 or 3 - 30 min leves, you can still pick up the standard leves which can be done solo in 10-15 min sessions.
I personally would love to see something like this implemented. I believe it'd foster a nice group play community and be fairly easy and inexpensive to implement on the development side.

That's actually a nice idea. however they should be always on disposal, maybe in a different section other than battle leves.

i like the idea. it would have to be its own section in the battle class section, but would be enjoyable as long as it wasn't one stupid one shot kill mob after another. i want some battles that actually take some time to beat with a party for a change.

how bout this make them instanced, let us be able to sign up for them like scenarios!! yes pve scenarios, and make them as meaningful as nyzle, and salvage was with all the works and then we got ourselves something reasonably entertaining.
also like your idea, glad we all realize how boring leves are and how boring behest is. -

The number of mobs isn't what makes leves boring for me, it's the complete lack of context in the game world.

Yes. To achieve a more efficient way to implement guildleve content for the time spent designing it, it would be beneficial to make combine everything that they have implemented and what they will implement in the future, instead of making the leves separate from each other and individual. In other words, Nyzul Isle with the difference that the content happens in the open world.
Further, a ladder system ala Nyzul can be implemented, a way for us to design our own leves (MMM), various beneficial or detrimental effects that take place during the event (like the buffs and debuffs in different Nyzul floors).
Let us use the full 30 minutes and accomplish as much as possible within that time. Encourage efficiency, do not punish failure. Add more objectives during the years, and make the event more complex (but easy to understand).
It can still work as the way to level up in this game, but to make it a fun way to level up these kind of changes would be much needed. Give us a means to progress within the event (Nyzul floors), randomize the objectives and monster types, and add small boss fights to mix things up once in a while.
It may require a lot of initial work and preparation, but once it's done all you need to do is make the system grow little by little within the years. -

it's the route i was hoping they would of went with in this game for just straight up grinding. like ffxiv's one leve type where u protect a spot and mobs keep popping every minute(but way more faster, and dependent on how many in party). but i was thinking more like campaign battles in ffxi, or that one assault in ffxi where like 50mobs came out to attack you and it took all your buffs and sleeps and killing them all one at time. that was a very fun assault. that equivalent for just grinding would of been great and it would add the fact that then you HAVE to kill whatever type of mobs are mixed into it making grinding much more fun. maybe like camps are ant holes in copperbells that like in ffxi u need to make way to by avoiding agro's or killing way to them but the main camps pop at you like the for mentioned.
with all the games comming out with real world pq's, and grinds that u just go to rather then gather first, and that fact that ffxi ended with campaign battles gave me the thought that this would of been closer to the route that ffxiv would of been like, least in my head pre launch lol, dang was i off. -

SE is adding 1 dungeons to each starting city so this is pretty much your idea but it be a dungeons not a guildleve. SE would add more and more dungeons as the game goes on. maybe we would see BCNM and ZNM and so on later on but for now it going to be dungeon type like wow,.

yeah but dungeons aren't everyday all day grinds, they are couple times a week endgame things. i want to see bcnm and znm and even dungeons but i hate wow type anything lol. these are great additions but after u do them in an hour? then what? we'll have to see them first to judge, but if i'm going by say warhammer, i can hash out one dungeon in about like 10mins, other in like 30-60mins. then what? we don't have a world of pvp, my thoughts aren't for endgame but grinding everyday grinding. if there mobs (in dungeons)even give sp in ffxiv(ffxi didn't), nm's don't and i doubt dungeon mobs will give sp. granted at some point dungeons will get harder and take longer but sure as hell won't be the first 3 they add either way on top of that.
so yeah if what i understand what u'r saying then sure give us dungeon style grinding that can be done all day and nite till u'r fatigue is red and that would sound good to me. -

This idea give hardcore players and ppl who don't have time something to do. Guildleves would be the only type of system that be solo everything else would be 4man party or hardcore players 8man party. They going to add awesome gear for high rank that would take time and many quest tier to get it done and get your item. They also going to add low level quest for item and NM around the area so you can hunt down for low level item like FFXI:LL,VE and so on which would be a nice add because i miss going for low level nm for items.
