15min Timers Ability for all jobs.....

this is a petition to made the 15min timers for all jobs abilitys lv50 a single Timer....

i know some people dont play ff11 here but for the people who played.. we all knows about 2hours abilitys and they impact on the game Tactics and events

wait for 15mins to timer rechart just to start a event cos i changed into a cratf skill to fix my armor or a mate gear is totaly retarded.... pls made all jobs 15min timers a single timer like ff11 you can even job change and have timer coutdown as the same just like 2h on ff11 this wont affect job balance and will let us lose some extress on places we cant revive PT mates cause we cant spend 20mins to wait for a ability to be ready... is simple and will help a lot Thanks....

this for sure will make some diference on many events and on game future cause is totaly RIGHT....
is same Re-cast timers no matter on what job you use.... soo there is not unblance on any way

the difference is: in ffxi you need to go in moghouseto change job, in ffxiv you can change wherever you want, so the story it's quite different. Right now people switch jobs in dungeons several times, would be quite broken switching without any penality

The 15 min timer is our only restriction on class swapping we have in this game. Being we swap classes and job mid dungeon and raid, pray that is the only restriction SE keeps on us.
