Steps:
1. Take Quitari beast tribe quest as miner/botanist, NOT fisher
2. Try to fish for a regular, non-quest fish in The Lozatl river
3. Only able to catch Quitari Quest Lobster, despite having taken quest on Miner/Botanist
4. Cannot fish normal fish without finishing quest/removing active quest from log

May not be an actual bug, but is very annoying
