Class restriction removal for Common Gear

I feel like the game's most cosmetically appealing gear is usually found on DPS Classes, And it really bothers me how Tanks and Casters have very limited options for good glamour in this, I don't care if people are the against idea of a Heavy Armor Wearing Mage, It will appeal to somebody, Until 5.1's Ishgardian Restoration giving the Pants, I only bothered wearing the Extreme Survival Slops with the Dinosaur Leather Shoes on my tanks and it looks bad

From a technical point I see no issues with rebranding Common (White) Gear usable on all classes and use the same Stat Adjustment System the Aetherite Earrings uses that gives and synches stats based on a certain level threshold

I mean if it is slowly being added over time as Replica Gear, I'd like stuff like the Raime Aiming/Striking/Scouting Pants (Level 54) to be worn by all classes and maybe the PvP Gear Sets from Stormblood and SHB

I just want more cosmetic freedom in this
