make sure you talk to the npc in amh areng to get the scene where gaia brings the crystal and you look at it and get all woozy again just like first tier.
No quests are available there. "World Apart" is completed.
"Went to Amh Araeng (X:26.7, Y:16.7) and nothing there available. And Lewry do not have the savage listed."
