"Arm of the Destroyer" causes Opo-opo form to drop when no enemy is hit

Steps:
1. As Pugilist/Monk, enter Opo-opo form, either by completing a combo, or simply using "Form Shift"
2. Use "Arm of the Destroyer" away from any enemies, causing the attack to not hit anything
3. Opo-opo form is immediately dropped.
4. Steps 1-3 can be immediately repeated, with the same consistent results.

Expected behavior: Opo-opo form should persist until "Arm of the Destroyer" (or
Bootshine or Dragon Kick) hits an enemy, and progresses to Raptor form, or until Opo-opo form timer expires.

This expected behavior can be seen when using the skills Four-Point Fury or Rockbreaker under similar conditions. Failing to hit an enemy with either of these skills does not result in their respective forms, Raptor or Coeurl, to immediately drop as seen with Arm of the Destroyer.
