European Data Center Character Information Update Issue (Feb. 22)

We are currently experiencing an issue where information for characters on European data centers may not be regularly updated on The Lodestone, the Mog Station, the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion App, and the FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums.

Server equipment malfunction

During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties which prevented information for characters on European data centers from updating correctly on The Lodestone, the Mog Station, the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, and the FINAL FANTASY XIV Forums.

The issue is now resolved, but we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Furthermore, if the character information is not displaying correctly as a result of these technical difficulties, it will be updated to the correct image by logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV with the corresponding character and changing their equipment.
