... there are about 3 fectch quest that will give you close to nothing but will send you all over the place which i think few will just ignore them like me, but they are need to unlock NG+, so go back to kugane airship landing and finish them

The only one you should need is "In Bad Taste." It will give you the achievement Live to Serve and a title.
