Sightseeing Log #31 - ARR

Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea, X:12.9, Y: 22.0

Steps:
1. Went to location for sightseeing log #31 for ARR during appropriate time and weather.
2. Location atop the largest bone structure at the tip is the correct spot that is where the character is required to stand in and perform /lookout.
3. Location does not give chat log indication that the character has arrived at the vista.
4. Moving around the tip of the bone structure does not prompt that the vista has been reached.
5. Upon jumping in place is the only way to get the chat log prompt that the vista has been reaches, but character is unable to complete requirements for vista because /lookout does not work while character is in motion.
6. It appears from a character perspective that this vista sits higher than it's suppose to and because of this the character can not reach the vista properly.
7. This has been attempted multiple times during clear or fair weather. I play a female Miqo'te, Seeker of the Sun, so unsure if it's related to the type of character I am.
