Sightseeing 005 La Thagran Eastroad Middle La Noscea (x25.3,y27.5) Clouds 8AM-12PM /Lookout Looking at the gate into Lower La Noscea, go up the stairs on the right hand side and jump up onto the left hand side of the fence.
Weather is Clouds and standing at the Vista Point ( You have arrived at a vista message ) putting in /Lookout and it will not register to complete.
Have attempted on different days and at different times. Could this be a possible Bug?
I've managed to finish the ARR Sightseeing Log, so I don't believe it's glitched unless it was messed with recently. You were at this spot here, correct?

Are the Clouds actually active through the entire time period, or are you only trying it exactly at 8:00 a.m.? Because, while the weather seems to not actually change until 8:05, technically the change begins right on the hour, as far as Vistas are concerned.
