Sightseeing Log - Vista 031 (ARR) Unreachable

Zodiark - Light. Assuming this bug is everywhere, but I have not tested it thoroughly.

I tried it alone every time

In-game time:
12PM-5PM, whenever there is fair or clear weather, as needed for the vista
Area and coordinates:
Upper La Noscea - X13 Y21, right on top of the bone spike

Steps:
When you try to reach the spot to /scout on for the Sightseeing Log, there is no spot
that gives you the confirmation of having reached the vista, nor does blindly emoting work. When you jump, you can get the confirmation, but as you land it will disappear again. Unless there is a single pixel where you can reach the spot, or it is dependent on the character height (as I play a fem Miqote, one of the smaller options), I have to assume that the vista spot was accidentally moved up at some point, making completing the log impossible at the moment. Watching older videos of people completing the vista at spots that can be stood on, which I replicated exactly with no success, adds to my suspicion.
