Scene in trailer

Does anyone know if the scene at 2:23 in the youtube trailer of 5.2 update happened yet? If so what part? I did the entire story update they added and it never happened. I'm guessing that's a part we get to use our Trusts.

Most likely a part of the relic weapon questline "Save the Queen" to be released in patch 5.25, which is also a sequel to the lvl 70 24-man raid story "Return to Ivalice" and thus requires it's completion. That scene you mention also involves an NPC introduced in that story.
