The Command Missions could be improved by allowing a Gambit style system to customize each Squadron Members behaviors/actions before entering a Dungeon together.
I believe it would give each player a greater sense of investment into each Squadron member; as well as give the player more control over their experience within Command Missions in general.
Another fun option would be to allow the Chocobo Companion to have a limited Gambit system.
