HQ "Synthesized" effect shown twice during Ixal Beast Tribe Quest craft

I am posting this on behalf of my wife. On a new character on Adamantoise she experienced the following things earlier. She does not have a forum account associated with her FFXIV account.

■Steps:
1. Have the Beast Tribe Quest Buff and appropriately equipped gloves
2. Use Trained Eye
3. Craft the item in a single synthesis step

- Type of internet connection/provider: In home Wi-Fi. AT&T Fiber Optic.
