Known Issue After Patch 5.2 (Feb. 19)

The issue below has been confirmed.
We are currently investigating the issue and working to address it.

【Confirmed Issue】

■ Player can accept the quest "A Ship on His Shoulder" even when the prerequisite conditions are not met.
* Although the log will show the quest as accepted after clicking the Accept button, the quest will not actually be accepted.
