Could we get a button to skip the confirmations when purchasing things from npcs?

I was thinking something like holding Alt when clicking to purchase an item and it could skip the "You cannot currently equip this item. Are you sure?" and possibly the "Purchase item for x gold?" confirmations. Those waste so much time when buying a bunch of gear!
