Character Image Update Issue (Feb. 12, 13)

We are currently experiencing an issue where character images may not be correctly displayed on The Lodestone, Mog Station, FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, and FINAL FANTASY XIV Forum.

During the time below, we experienced technical difficulties which prevented character images from updating correctly on The Lodestone, the Mog Station, the FINAL FANTASY XIV Companion app, and the FINAL FANTASY XIV forums.

The issue is now resolved, but we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Furthermore, if the character image is not displaying correctly as a result of these technical difficulties, it will be updated to the correct image by logging into FINAL FANTASY XIV with the corresponding character and changing equipment.
